摘要
畜牧业发展程度是衡量其现代农业发展水平的重要标志，立足于现有产业状况，依据产业结构演进的内在规律，使产业结构由低级到高级的有序演进。着眼于未来的动态比较优势进行战略调整，是一种积极的产业政策行为。笔者论述了中国畜牧产业的问题，如不合理的畜产品结构、相应的标准不够完善等，在此基础上阐述了畜牧产业的结构调整与发展的原则和策略。
The development degree of animal husbandry is an important indicator for measuring the developing extent and level of modern agricuhure. Based on the existing industry conditions and the inherent law of industrial structure evolution, it is a kind of positive industrial policy to carry on strategic adjustment of animal husbandry according to its dynamic comparative advantages, for enforcing the orderly evolution of the industry from the lower - level to the higher in the future. This article discusses the situation and problems of animal husbandry in China, such as the probiems of unreasonable structure and imperfect standard, etc. , on whose basis relative principles and strategies for the development of animal husbandry are analyzed as well.
