磁共振示踪在间充质干细胞海马移植中的应用

摘要 目的将磁共振方法引入干细胞移植的研究,以探讨在糖尿病大鼠海马的干细胞移植中磁共振方法的可行性。方法雄性成年S-D大鼠10只,STZ诱导糖尿病模型,成模后12周,对糖尿病大鼠的右侧海马进行骨髓间质干细胞移植,干细胞移植前用超顺磁性氧化铁(SPIO)标记,左侧留作对照。移植后第1、3、7、9天对大鼠进行MR扫描。结果移植后1、3、7和9dMRI扫描序列T2WI/FSE、T2*WI/GRE显示右侧海马区可见点状信号减低区,以GRE信号减低明显。结论磁标记后的骨髓间质干细胞移植至糖尿病大鼠海马后在磁共振扫描中能够稳定成像,为海马的干细胞移植研究引入新的方法。 [ Objective ] To research the migration of stem cells with MRI, hope to find out the feasibility in this way. [Method] 20 male SD rats, induced diabetes mellitus with STZ, after 12 weeks, transplanted the stem cells to right side of hippocampus in DM rats, before that, label the cells with SPIO, with left side to be contracted. MR was used to scan the rats'brain on the first, the third, the seventh, the ninth day. [Result] MRI shows there are blots wih reduce signal in the right hippocampus by T2WI/FSE, T2*WI/GRE sequences, especially GRE sequences. [Conclusion] The SPIO labeled stem cells can be stably image after transplanted, which introduced new method in stem cells transplantation of hippocampus.
