糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清脂联素水平变化及与氧化应激的关系 被引量:8

Changes of serum adiponectin and the relationship to oxidative strees in patients with diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的观察糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清脂联素水平的变化及与氧化应激的关系。方法测定30例无DR2型糖尿病患者(NDR组)、35例合并背景期DR2型糖尿病患者(BDR组)、32例合并增殖期DR2型糖尿病患者(PDR组)和30例正常对照组(NC组)血清脂联素(APN)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果NDR组血清APN、SOD明显低于对照组(均P<0.01),BDR组血清APN、SOD明显低于NDR组(均P<0.01),PDR组血清APN、SOD明显低于BDR组(均P<0.01)。NDR组血清MDA明显高于对照组(P<0.01),BDR组血清MDA明显高于NDR组(P<0.01),PDR组血清MDA明显高于BDR组(P<0.01)。糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清APN与MDA呈明显负相关(γ=-0.568,P<0.01),与SOD呈明显正相关(γ=0.479,P<0.01)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清脂联素水平降低,存在氧化应激,氧化应激与血清脂联素水平降低有关。血清脂联素水平降低,氧化应激在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展中发挥重要作用。 [Objective] To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin and relationship between serum adiponectin and oxidative strees in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). [Methods] 30 type 2 diabetic patients without DR (NDR group), 35 type 2 diabetic patients with background DR (BDR group), 32 type 2 diabetic patients with proliferative DR (PDR group) and 30 normal.subjects (N C group) were observed. Their serum levels of adiponectin (APN), malonaldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured. [Results] The serum levels of APN and SOD were significantly lower in NDR group than in N C group.The serum levels of APN and SOD were significantly lower in BDR group than in NDR group. The serum levels of APN and SOD were significantly low- er in PDR group than in BDR group. The serum level of MDA was significantly higher in NDR group than in N C group. The serum level of MDA was significantly higher in BDR group than in NDR group. The serum level of MDA was significantly higher in PDR group than in BDR group. The level of serum APN was negatively related to the serum level of MDA (r =-0.568, P 〈0.01), the level of APN was positively related to the level of SOD (r=0.479, P〈 0.01). [ Conclusions ] There were decreasing of serum adiponectin level and oxidative strees in the patients with diabetic retinopathy. Oxidative strees was related to decrease of serum adiponeetin, the low serum concentration of adiponeetin and oxidative strees might play an important role in development of diabetic retinopathy.
