摘要
采用逐步线性回归法，对罗维朋比色片在４００～７００ｎｍ波长范围的吸光度值，与罗维朋比色片的标称值进行回归处理，确定了５３５ｎｍ波长为测定油脂罗维朋红值的特定波长。对１４份芝麻油，１８份菜籽油，１５份花生油、玉米油、棉籽油在特定波长处的吸光度值，与其罗维朋红值进行回归处理，相关系数０９０３～０９６４，建立了油色泽快速测定方法，该方法操作简便、快速，测定结果客观、准确。
The wavelength of 535 nm was decided as the special wavelength for determining the Lovibond red value of fats and oils by way of liner regression of the absorbance value between 400～ 700 nm wavelength with the Nominal value of the Loviband colorimetric sheet.The paper estalished a rapid determination of fats and oils by means of liner regression of absobance values of 14 sesame oils,18 rapeseed oils,15 soybean oils,corn oils and cottonseed oils at the special wavelength with their Lovinond red values and the regression coefficients was 0.903～0.964.This method is convenient and rapid,and the result is objective and accurate.
