摘要
用硫酸铵分离猪血清中的免疫球蛋白,结合紫外分光法确定分离的最佳条件。结果表明,pH70~72,40℃,硫酸铵百分比饱和度50%为最佳提取条件。
Separating immunoglobulin from pig serun with (NH 4) 2SO 4,combines with ultraviolet ray spectroscopic ways to determine the best separation conditions.The result shows that pH7.0~7.2,temperature 40℃,(NH 4) 2SO 4 density 50% are the best separation conditions.The ways of adding IG in the food and its applied trend in the food are put forward.
