稻田雨久花对苄嘧磺隆的抗药性 被引量:20

Resistant Monochoria korsakowii biotypes to bensulfuron-methyl and their acetolactate synthase sensitivity

摘要 为明确吉林省柳河和德惠水稻产区雨久花对苄嘧磺隆的抗药性,采用盆栽法测定了雨久花对苄嘧磺隆的抗性水平,并分别测定了各生物型雨久花乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)对苄嘧磺隆的敏感性。结果显示,苄嘧磺隆对柳河抗、感雨久花生物型的抑制中剂量(GR50)分别为91.81和7.76g/hm2,抗性指数为13.6;对德惠抗、感雨久花生物型的GR50分别为50.46和8.41g/hm2,抗性指数为6.0。离体条件下,苄嘧磺隆对柳河抗、感雨久花ALS活力的抑制中浓度(IC50)分别为15036.3和237.2nmol/L,抗性指数达63.4;对德惠抗、感雨久花ALS活力的IC50分别为10756.2和396.8nmol/L,抗性指数为27.1。表明两地稻田雨久花均对苄嘧磺隆产生了抗药性,而其体内ALS敏感性降低是产生抗药性的原因之一。 In order to evaluate the resistance of Monochoria korsakowii to bensulfuron-methyl in rice grown regions, Liuhe and Dehui, in Jilin Province, 4 biotypes of Monochoria korsakowii were collected. Pot experiments and enzyme assay were employed to detect the resistance. Pot experiments showed that the GR50 ( herbicide dose required for 50% reduction of shoot dry weight) of Liuhe resistant (R) and susceptible (S) biotypes to bensulfuron-metyl were 91.81 and 7.76 g/hm^2, respectively, with resistance index (RI) 13.6. Meanwhile, the GR50 for Dehui R and S biotypes were 50.46 and 8.41 g/hm^2, respectively, with RI 6.0. In vitro, the IC50 ( herbicide concentration required for 50% inhibition) of ALS specific activity in Liuhe R and S biotypes to bensulfuron-methyl were 15 036.3 and 237.2 nmol/L, respectively, with RI 63.4. The IC50 for Dehui R and S biotypes were 10 756.2 and 396.8 nmol/L, respectively, with RI 27.1. The results indicated that the M. korsakowii in Liuhe and Dehui had evaluated resistance to bensulfuron-methyl and the decreased ALS sensitivity was one of causes for the resistance of M. korsakowii to the herbicide.
