摘要
本研究以元认知和自主学习理论为基础,通过实验发现,在对学生进行元认知策略培训之前先进行元认知意识培训,可以进一步激发他们的学习动机,增强他们的学习恒心,使他们更好地向教师和同学寻求必要的帮助,从而提高自身自主学习能力。
Based on the metacognitive theory and learner autonomy theory, and an analysis of the experiment data, the study confirms that metacognitive awareness training should go before metacognitive strategy training. It finds that only when students develop metacognitive awareness will they strengthen their motivation, study with effort and persistence, seek assistance from teachers and peers when needed, and promote learner autonomy.
