摘要
硅烷改性凹凸棒石后,采用乳液共混共凝法制备出了凹凸棒石/天然橡胶复合材料(attapulgite/natural rub-ber composites,ANRC),并对ANRC进行了表征;红外光谱分析证实凹凸棒石得到了有机化改性;ANRC的力学性能测试表明,当天然胶乳浓度适宜?改性剂用量为1.5份、改性凹凸棒石填充量为30份时,ANRC的综合性能最好,与未添加填料的纯天然硫化胶相比,ANRC的扯断强度、撕裂强度、邵尔A硬度分别提高了77.45%、100.50%、67.74%;与炭黑做填充剂制备天然橡胶复合材料,以及机械共混法制备复合材料相比,ANRC力学性能有明显提高;扫描电子显微镜分析结果显示,采用乳液共混共凝法制备的硅烷改性ANRC,结构致密,凹凸棒石填料分布均匀,分布粒度主要为纳米级,与橡胶基体相容性良好。
This experiment prepared the silane modifying attapulgite/natural rubber composites (ANRC) by the method of mixing and co-coagulating. ANRC were characterized. The modified attapulgite was investigated by the infrared spectrum; Its mechanical properties showed that when the concentration of the latex were appropriate, the dosage of the modifying agent was 1.5phr and the modified attapulgite was 30phr, the properties of the ANRC were the best, the tensile strength, tear strength and the shore A hardness of the composites increased by 77.45%, 100. 50%, 67. 74% , compared with the natural rubber without any filler. And under the same dosage contrasted to the carbon adopted and the mechanical mixing, the capabilities of the ANRC were also improved. The scanning electron microscope(SEM) suggested that the filler of modified ANRC prepared by mixing and co-coagulating were distributed in natural rubber matrix more uniformly, and they combined more well and compactly.
