含载锌、银粉防霉抗菌发泡SBR材料的研究

Study on antibacterial and antifungal performance of styrene-butadiene rubber foaming materials with silver-loaded and zinc-loaded powder

摘要 以载锌粉、苯丙咪唑为防霉剂,载银沸石为抗菌剂,丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基体原料,1,3-苯二磺酰肼与偶氮二甲酰胺复配为发泡剂,采用密炼塑化、双辊混炼、硫化发泡方法制备防霉抗菌发泡SBR材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,改性载锌粉会缩短SBR材料的硫化时间,增大发泡材料孔径;含0.5%改性载锌粉和0.8%改性载银沸石的发泡SBR材料断裂伸长率增加39.07%、密度降低16.91%、长霉等级为0级,抗菌率大于99%,具有优异的防霉抗菌性能。 With zinc-loaded powder and 2-(4-bromophenyl)-l-phenyl-lH-benzimidazole compounds as antifungal agents, silver-loaded zeolite as antibacterial, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) as matrix materials, azodicarbonamide and benzene-1,3-disulphohydrazide as composite foaming agents, the antibacterial and antifungal SBR foaming materials were prepared followed the procedures of mixing, plasticizing, twin-roll mixing, curing and foaming, and then the performance was studied. The results indicated that due to the addition of modified zinc-loaded powder , the optimum cure time T90 in processes of curing and foaming of the SBR materials was shortened , the cell size was increased as well. The SBR foaming materials with 0. 8wt% silver-loaded zeolite and 0. 5% zinc-loaded powder had excellent antibacterial and antifungal performance, for instance, their antibacterial rates were all above 99% towards Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and antifungal grade is 0 grade. Meanwhile, the elongation at break of the SBR foaming materials was improved by 39. 07%, density was decreased byl6.91%.
