摘要
依据武器用某特殊容器隔热要求,以海泡石纤维为主原料,以空心玻璃微珠为补强填料,以钠水玻璃为粘接剂,制备涂敷型海泡石复合隔热材料,分析其浆体密度、干密度、固化特性、微观形貌、吸湿性,测试海泡石复合隔热涂层隔热性能并分析其应用效果。研究结果表明:涂敷型海泡石复合隔热材料的隔热性能、工艺可操作性与应用效果良好,可望成为满足武器用某特殊容器隔热需求的新型隔热材料。
The composite sopilite heat-insulated paint were developed for meet the heat-insulated damands of the special container used in weapons. The density, solidified characteristic, micromorphology, absorption of the materials were studied and the heat-insulation properties of composite sopilite heat-insulated paintcoat were analyzed. Meanswhile, the applied effect of the materials were measured. The results showed that the heat-insulation properties, the operating feasibility and the applied effect of composite sopilite heat-insulated paint were good. It can meet the heat-insulated damands of the special container used in weapons by the means of property improvement in the future.
