摘要
以现有国内裂解生产工艺为依托,二甲基二氯硅烷水解物为原料,碱为催化剂,在真空度-0.085MPa±0.005MPa的条件下,对导热油、催化剂用量和精馏塔规格等方面进行探讨,以达到优化生产工艺,降低投资成本和能耗的最终目的。
The cracking test were done on the basis of existing production technology.The dimethyldichlorosilane hydrolysate as raw materials and base as a catalyst in the vacuum-0.085Mpa±0.005Mpa under the conditions of industrial production simulation,conducting oil,the amount of catalyst and rectifying tower,and other aspects of specifications were discussed.The optimizated technology can decrease cost of investment and energy consumption object.
