地榆槐角丸中槐角苷的含量测定

HPLC Determination of sophoricoside in Diyuhuaijiao Pills

目的:建立地榆槐角丸中槐角苷的HPLC分离及测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(11∶10∶79),检测波长:260 nm,柱温:40℃,流速:0.8 mL.min-1;结果:槐角苷回收率99.21%,RSD=0.62%。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可作为地榆槐角丸的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determiantion of sophoricoside in Diyuhuaijiao pills.Method：Zorbax C_（18）（4.6×150 mm,5 μm） column was adopted with methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（1∶10∶79） as the mobile phase at 0.8 mL·min^（-1）.The detection wave length was 260 nm and column temperature was 40 ℃.Results：The average recovery was 99.21% and the relative standard deviation（RSD）was 0.62%.Conclusion：The method is simple,fast,sensitive and can be used for the quality control of Diyuhuaijiao pills.
