摘要
目的:建立夏枯草中活性成分迷迭香酸的快速分离、结构鉴定与富集的方法。方法:采用回流提取,硅胶柱粗砍断,反相柱细分,半制备柱纯化样品得到目标化合物迷迭香酸,再利用化合物的理化性质,质谱和核磁等波谱学技术鉴定结构。结果:快速地从夏枯草中分离、鉴定和富集到迷迭香酸。结论:该方法简单,可重复性强,为下一步进行夏枯草的质量标准和迷迭香酸的药效研究奠定基础。
Objective:To establish a method of quick extraction,preparation and identification for rosmarinic acid from Prunella vulgaris.Methods: Rosmarinic acid were prepared from the flower of Prunella vulgaris L.by silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC;The chemical structures were determined by the physical and chemical properties,MS and NMR methods.Results: Rosmarinic acid were prepared quickly and identified.Conclusion: The method is simple,feasible and repeatable,which is a basis for quality control of Prunella vulgaris L.and pharmaceutics of rosmarinic acid.
