益气清热方对Ⅰ型幽门螺杆菌感染裸鼠胃黏膜组织病理学的影响

Effect of Yiqi Qingre Formula on Histopathological Changes of Gastric Mucosa in Nude Mice Infected with Helicobacter Pylori TypeⅠ

目的观察益气清热方对Ⅰ型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染裸鼠胃黏膜组织病理学的影响。方法将80只雄性裸鼠随机分为模型组、黄芩组、黄芪组、益气清热方组各20只,每日按分组要求以0.2ml/10g给生理盐水及药物灌胃,第14天各组予浓度108cfu/ml的Hp菌液灌胃,每鼠1.3ml,两周后处死,观察裸鼠体重、胃系数、Hp感染及胃黏膜组织病变情况。结果与模型组比较,黄芪组和益气清热方组裸鼠体重下降减少(P<0.05),黄芪组的胃系数降低(P<0.01)。黄芩组、黄芪组及益气清热方组Hp感染率分别为45.00%、47.06%和35.29%,胃黏膜浅表性胃炎发生率分别为70.00%、58.82%和64.70%,均低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论益气清热方在裸鼠体内对Ⅰ型Hp有一定的抑杀作用,并可减轻其感染后胃黏膜组织病变的程度。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Qingre Formula（Formula for Reinforcing Qi and Clearing Heat） on histopathological changes of gastric mucosa in nude mice infected with helicobacter pylori（Hp） type Ⅰ.Methods Totally 80 male nude mice were randomly divided into 4 groups：model group,Huangqin（Scutellaria） group,Huangqi（Astraglus） group and Yiqi Qingre Formula group,with 20 nude mice in each group.Each nude mouse was treated accordingly with gastric feeding with 0.2ml/10g Chinese medicine or normal saline everyday. On the fourteenth day, all mice were given 108cfu/ml Hp liquid through gastric feeding, 1.3ml for each mouse. At the end of the second week, The rats were killed for observing the body weight, stomach coefficient, Hp infection and pathological condition of gastric mucosa. Results Comparing with the model group, Huangqi group and Yiqi Qingre Formula group were less reduction of body weight （P〈0.05）, gastric coefficient in Huangqi group diminished （P〈0. 01）. Hp infection rates of Huangqin group, Huangqi group and Yiqi Qingre Formula group was 45.00%, 47.06% and 85.29% respectively, incidence rates of superficial gastritis being 70.00%, 58.82% and 64.7% respectively, lower than that of the model group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Qingre Formula has the function of killing Hp type Ⅰ and can improve the pathological changes of gastritis in gastric mucosa.
