基于DSP的铝电磁铸造磁场控制器的设计和实现

摘要 阐明电磁半连续铸造对铝合金生产的重要性,介绍了基于此特殊复合电磁场的性能要求研制的控制系统。系统以双核(DSP为控制核心,单片机作为专用人机接口控制核心)加CPLD的总体架构,使用新的高频双窄脉冲列的晶闸管触发方式。分析了系统的主要硬件结构、μC/OS-II软件编写,并给出了部分功能实现的波形。经测试,系统达到要求,控制精度高、动态性能好。 The importance of Electromagnetic Semi-continuous Casting on aluminum alloy production is described, and the control system researched according to the performance requirements of this specific multi-electromagnetic field is presented. The system employs two CPUs (DSP as control core and MCU as the control core of special-purpose man-machine interface) + CPLD as overall framework, and uses a new SCR triggering mode of high-frequency-double-narrow pulse trains. The paper analyzes the main hardware structure of the system, the programming of μc/OS-II software, and gives the waves of some function implementations. The testing results show that the system can meet the requirements, and has high control precision and good dynamic performance.
