The Numerical Model and Applications of Moore's Law

摘要 介绍摩尔定律的内容,论述其数学模型,详解了摩尔定律的两个典型应用,一是硅极限预测,二是计算复杂度极限预测。最后对摩尔定律的一般适用性作了讨论。 The content of Moore's Law is introduced and its numerical model is discussed. Two typical applications of Moore's Law are analyzed in detail, of which one is on predicting of silicon quantum limit, the other is for calculating the complexity limit prediction. At last the general applicability of Moore's Law is discussed.
