摘要
针对目前热连轧生产中,由于厚度设定模型精度不高所造成的头部厚度偏差较大的实际问题,本文研究提出了一种基于实时负荷分配的快速监控AGC方法。新方法通过对负荷进行实时分配,一次性调整多机架的压下量,可以迅速消除带钢头部段的厚度偏差,在计算再分配负荷时,充分考虑了负荷分配对板形的影响,从而避免了由于负荷分配调整导致的板形质量下降。生产实践证明,这一新方法可以在保证板形质量的前提下,快速、有效的消除头部厚度偏差,厚度超差段长度减少了50%以上。
Aimed at the problem that serious deviation of strip thickness resulted in low precision gauge set-up model , A fast monitor AGC based real-time load redistribution is proposed, head strip thickness deviation was eliminated quickly through the adjustment of roll gap of last 4 stands, the influence of load distribution on strip shape was fully taken into consideration in the process of redistribution calculation , low-quality of strip shape resulted in gap adjustment was avoided. Production shows head strip thickness deviation was eliminated quickly and strip shape was guaranteed after the application of the new method, strip length with thickness oversize was decreased by more than 50%.
