镀锌机组拉矫机工作辊轴头断裂分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Gudgeon Fracture on Work Roll of Tension Leveller in Galvanizing Unit

摘要 结合现场实测,在分析镀锌机组拉矫机拉矫工艺的基础上,分析得出了导致轴头断裂的主要原因是工作辊辊身及轴头直径小、喷嘴堵塞并引起润滑性能下降、带钢表面锌渣及辊系预装精度低等。通过采取增大工作辊辊身及轴头直径、增加喷嘴流量和减小辊系预装间隙的措施使得辊身强度提高、辊面润滑改善和工作辊弯曲变形量减小,改善了拉矫工作辊的工作条件和受力状态。现场生产应用效果表明,所采取的措施解决了轴头断裂的问题。 Combined with field measurement, based on tensile stretching process analysis on continuous galvanizing unit, the main cause of gudgeon fracture on tension leveller roller was obtained. Since these are the small diameter of rollers and gudgeon, nozzle clogging and insufficient lubrication, low surface quality of high zinc slag and low assembly accuracy. Roll strength was increased and strained condition of tension leveler was improved by enlarging diameter of rollers and gudgeon, increasing nozzle flow, decreasing the gap of assembly, improving the lubrication of roller and decreasing the bending deflection of work roll. Production shows that fracture on tension leveller roller was eliminated.
