The process flow, configuration of the control system and the new technology of the property and adoption of main control function of a five-strand highly-efficient billet caster in Ganglu Iron and Steel Co. , in Tangshan have been analyzed in detail. Moreover, it will be a good reference for the similar technical revamping in steel industry.
