Studies on New Combing and Draft Making Technology for High-Count Spun Silk Yam(1)

高支绢丝精梳制绵新技术的研究属国家“八五”重点科技攻关项目。它是在中支绢丝精梳制绵新工艺研究成果的基础上发展而来的。这项新技术结合开松、梳绵、精梳等关键设备的改造，并通过配套工艺技术研究，符合绢纺工艺及纺制优质高支绢丝的要求。文章介绍了高支绢丝精梳制绵工艺、关键设备的研制及工艺试验情况。

The new technology listed as one of the State key technical projects during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period is successfuly developed on the basis of the research achievement of the new process for medium-count spun silk combing and draft making. The new technology involving the renovation of some key devices for opening, dressing and combing, as well as research findings on accessory processing techniques meets the requirements for quality high-count spun silk spinning.
