摘要
锥杆式对接机构是目前国际空间站上的标准配置之一。为满足我国将来空间站建设的需要,应用功能分析法对锥杆式对接机构捕获锁进行了自主创新设计,并在基于空间凸轮的捕获锁概念设计基础上进行了工程化设计研发。最终生产的捕获锁产品经测试符合设计预期,并装配整机进行后续试验,推进了我国空间对接机构类型多样化的发展。
The conical rod typed docking mechanism is one of the standard configurations in the current international space station. For the sake of satisfying the requirements in the future on the construction of the space station of our country, the independent innovation design of the conical rod typed capture lock of docking mechanism has been carried out by the application of functional analysis method. And the research and development of engineering design were carried out based on the foundation of capture lock conceptual design of spatial cam. The finally produced product of capture lock was accord with the anticipation of the design by way of test. Subsequent experiment was carried out after this capture lock was assembled into the whole engine, thus moved forward the diversified development of types of our country' s spatial docking mechanism.
