一种新型颗粒钾肥造粒粘结剂的配料试验

A New Type of Granulation Binder for Granular Potash Fertilizer

对河南某公司开发的复合肥造粒粘结剂，应用于颗粒钾肥的造粒进行了试验，结果表明，该粘结剂使用前需要进行稀释配制，适合的粘结剂用量为每吨肥料用0．3～1．5kg，最佳稀释倍数为100倍。该粘结剂用于国产钾肥、进口钾肥生产50％颗粒钾肥工业实施操作可行，所生产的颗粒钾肥强度能够达到国家关于复混肥料的要求指标。运用该粘结剂能够提高造粒产率、减少灰尘产生。

The granulation binder for compound fertilizer developed by Henan Leef Fertilizer Co. Ltd. was applied to the granulation potash fertilizer in this paper. The results showed that the binder should be diluted before using, the proper dosage was 0. 3-1.5 kg per ton, and the optimum dilution ratio was 1 ： 100. Homemade and imported potash fertilizer with this binder can produce 50 percent of granular potash fertilizer, which is feasible in industry. And the intensity of granular potash fertilizer produced can satisfy the national standard of compound fertilizer. The dust can be reduced and granulation yield can be increased by using the binder.
