Synthesis of Anhydrous Zinc Phosphate by Solid State Reaction under High Temperature

摘要 采用固相反应法,以氧化锌和工业磷酸为原料,制备无水磷酸锌产品,研究了ZnO与P2O5的配比、反应温度、反应时间对产物化学组成结构的影响;用X射线衍射(XRD)验证了产品的物相结构。探索并初步确定了在技术上可行的工艺路线。结果表明,该工艺可以得到无水磷酸锌,产品质量指标符合参照标准。 The synthesis of anhydrous zinc phosphate from zinc oxide and thermal process phosphoric acid by solid state reaction method was investigated. The influence of the molar ratio of zinc oxide - to - Phosphorus pentaoxide ( ZnO/ P2O5), the reaction temperature and reaction time on the product components was discussed. The phase structure of the product was validated by XRD. The synthetic technique which was technically feasible and economically reasonable was confinned. The quality of the product could meet with correlative standard.
