摘要
本文在回顾美国大学学生评教发展历程的基础上,从教师、学生、课程、管理等方面对近年来有关学生评教的影响因素研究进行概述,并提出了一些有待进一步研究的问题。
The practice of student rating teaching effectiveness has appeared in America universities since the early years of last century. With the wide use of student ratings, A large number of research has done on its reliability, validity and possible biases. This paper reviews the history of student ratings first, then summarizes the results of research on background variables thought to influence it and finally propose some questions to be resolved in future research.
