摘要
一个国家中小学教科书制度的背后都有相应的理念支撑,即包括对教科书概念、功能、定位等方面的认识和主张。近年来,韩国的教科书编写与发行制度出现重大变化,例如改变建国以来实施至今的教科书编写与发行上的综合模式,逐渐转向审定模式,并重新定位教科书在教育过程中的作用等。而这些变化正是韩国政府教科书制度理念的变迁使然。本文对其进行系统剖析,以期对我国相关研究提供些许参考。
There must be specific principles behind a nation's elementary and secondary school textbook policies, such as their perspective and proposition about the concept, function and orientation of the textbooks. What kind of textbook principles held by government has a direct impact on the nation' s textbook policies. South Korean policies of the textbook compilation and publication have changed dramatically in recent years, which is due to the changing of the South Korean government' s policies with regards to the textbook principles. This paper analyses the changes of the principles of the South Korean government' s policies about the textbooks in order to provide some references for domestic relevant researches.
