教育实习在教师教育中是一个非常重要的环节,它对于职前教师的成长起着关键作用。然而,我国的教育实习却存在着教育实习时间短、任务要求单一、评价方式笼统等不足。本文以美国加州州立大学长滩分校的《多学科师资项目教育实习手册》为案例,介绍了其实习的时间与内容、实习指导教师的职责、实习的评价等方面,分析了长滩分校教育实习的特点以及对我国教育实习的几点启示。

Based on Student teaching handbook of college of education, California State University, Long Beach, this article gives an introduction about American student teaching in its time, content, role of key persons and evaluation. It analyses its characteristics and presents some suggestions for student teaching in China.
