2006～2008年我院降糖药应用分析

Utilization of Hypoglycemic Drugs in Our Hospital During the Period 2006～2008

目的:通过对我院降糖药数据统计、应用情况分析,以促进合理用药。方法:对我院2006～2008年降糖药的用药数量、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:3年来我院降糖药使用数量及销售金额不断增加,总销售金额每年增长近25%。降糖药物的销售金额排序阿卡波糖(拜糖平)连续3年位居榜首,DDDs排序,阿卡波糖,二甲双胍肠溶片,二甲双胍(格华止)连续3年排在前3位。注射用胰岛素中诺和灵50R笔芯,诺和灵30R笔芯,诺和灵R笔芯3年均排在前3位,甘精胰岛素用量在不断增加。结论:我院降糖药使用情况基本合理。

OBJECTIVE：To promote rational drug use through a statistical analysis on the utilization data of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital.METHODS：The utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed retrospectively in respect of consumption amount,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc：RESULTS：Both the consumption amount and the consumption of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital kept increasing over the 3 years,up about 25% year by year in term of total consumption sum.Of all the antidiabetic drugs used,Acarbose remained at the first place over the 3 years in terms of consumption sum.On the list of DDDs,Acarbose,Metformin enteric-coated tablets and Glucophage remained at the first 3 places over the 3 years.Of all the insuline pro injection used,Novolin 50 R Penfill,Novolin 30 R Penfill and Novolin R Penfill remained at the first 3 places.The consumption amount of insulin glargine kept increasing.CONCLUSION：The utilization of antidiabetic drugs is basically rational in our hospital.
