Drug Utilization Analysis:Review of 9130 Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:分析我院门诊处方的用药情况,评价其使用的合理性。方法:随机抽查我院门诊2007年12月1日～31日的门诊处方共9130张,调查分析抗菌药物应用状况。结果:9130张处方中,处方平均品种数为2.2种;处方平均金额为175.86元;处方使用注射剂的百分率为23.35%;抗菌药物处方使用率为33.29%;处方药品通用名使用率为100%;不合理用药处方占6.78%。结论:我院门诊处方的用药基本合理,但有些方面仍需要进一步改进和提高,特别是用法用量和注射剂的使用。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the drug utilization in outpatient prescriptions and evaluate its rationality.METHODS：9 130 outpatient prescriptions from Dec.1 to Dec.31 in 2007 were randomly sampled for analysis of the utilization of antibiotics.RESULTS：Of the total 9 130 prescriptions reviewed,an average of 2.2 kinds of drugs per prescription were prescribed;the average amount of money per prescription was 175.86 Yuan;23.35% of the prescriptions prescribed injections;33.29% prescribed antibiotics;100% of the drugs prescribed by generic name,6.78% of the prescriptions were irrational in drug use.CONCLUSION：The drug utilization in outpatient prescriptions was basically reasonable but it remains to be improved further,especially in the dosage and usage and the application of the injections.
