复方丹参酮治疗过敏性紫癜的临床观察

Efficacy of Compound Tanshinone for Allergic Purpura:A Clinical Observation

目的:探讨复方丹参酮治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将84例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组40例,两组患者均给予抗过敏抑制毛细血管通透性等基础治疗,观察组采用复方丹参酮和西咪替丁治疗,对照组采用西咪替丁治疗,疗程结束后比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为77.50%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方丹参酮治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效显著,改善其免疫功能,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound tanshinone for allergic purpura.METHODS：84 patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups：intervention group（n=44）and the control group（n=40）.Both group received routine anti-anaphylaxis therapy to inhibit capillary permeability.Additionally,the intervention group received compound tanshinone plus cimetidine,while the control group received cimetidine.The clinical therapeutic efficacy after treatment was compared between the two groups.RESULTS：The curative efficacy in the intervention group was significantly higher than in the control group（100% vs.77.50%,P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION：Compound tanshinone has remarkable efficacy and good safety in the treatment of allergic purpura,moreover,it can improve patients immune function,hence it is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
