在不带毛圈梳的普通高速经编机上,利用前梳作较长的针背垫纱运动,使织物表面产生较长的延展线,在整理时将长延展线割断,即可形成经编丝绒织物。文中介绍了平纹弹力丝绒、条纹弹力丝绒和花式弹力丝绒的编织工艺。

Under a longer distance underlap movement of front bar, a longer extensive loop is formed on the surface of fabric on normal high speed warp knitting machine, by cutting the long underlap during consequent finish a velvet fabric is achieved. A series of knitting technologies are introduced in regard to plain, striped and fancy elastic velvets.
