摘要
光学涡旋在大气中的产生和发展是光波大气传输中的新现象,对光电工程应用具有潜在的重要影响和应用前景,从光场的相位奇性出发,讨论了光学涡旋的起源、形态,介绍了利用数值模拟方法获得的几种光学涡旋及其组合在均匀介质和非均匀湍流介质中的传播特征。讨论了湍流大气中光学涡旋的产生和发展以及光学涡旋拓扑荷的传递问题。分析了光学涡旋对激光大气传输相位校正的影响。指出了利用光学涡旋传播动力学特征的几种可能的应用工作。
A new phenomenon, the generation and evolution of the optical vortices, in the domain of light propagation in the turbulent atmosphere, has been investigated recently. The optical vortex has potential and serious impacts on the electro-optical engineering, and it also could provide new mechanism for possible applications. Development on study of optical vortex propagation in the atmospheric turbulence was summarized.Optical properties and topological characteristics of the optical vortex were introduced from the point of view of phase singularity. The propagation dynamical characteristics of some optical vortices and their combination in a linear and a non-linear media were shown with numerically- simulated results. The generation and development of the optical vortex in the atmosphere and topological charge transmission problem in the atmosphere were discussed. And the impact of the optical vortex on the phase compensation technique for light propagation in the atmosphere was analyzed. Finally, some potential applications of the optical vortex were proposed in consideration of their propagation dynamics.
