摘要
2004年4月,日本开始实施国立大学法人化改革。为此,名古屋大学推出了一系列法人化改革措施:强化总长权力的组织运营结构改革;改革财政制度,积极争取竞争性资金;以经营为特征的行政管理改革等。名古屋大学的改革,通过强化经营推动综合性改革,提高了办学的质量和效益,对我国大学体制改革有借鉴意义。
Japan government began to implement the legal personalization reform in national universities in April, 2004. For this purpose, a series of reform strategies were put forward in Nagoya University, including strengthening the structural reform of the principal's organizational running structure, reforming financial system and obtaining the competitive funding positively. The administrative reforms in Nagoya University are characterized of management, mainly by means of enhancing management to further comprehensive reform and improve teaching quality and effectiveness. Nagoya University's experience has some implication to Chinese university system reform.
