Micro-wear test of soft materials(Ⅰ)——Wear scar measurement and wear rate calculation

摘要 利用自行研制的多功能微磨损试验机,研究了软材料的微磨损问题,如Cu、Al、镁合金、45钢等,并与硬度相对较高的Ni60B涂层和TiN涂层进行对比。分析了磨痕形貌中出现的粗糙环形区域,主要讨论了磨痕测量及一系列磨损率计算的有关问题,并提出解决办法。研究结果将对软材料微磨损特性的系统研究以及在磨损工况下的选择和合理应用起到指导作用。 Some micro-wear problems about soft materials, such as copper, aluminum, magnesium alloy,45 steel and so on, were investigated with self-development muhifunctional micro-wear tester. And it was compared with Ni60B coating and TiN hard coating. Roughened annular regions emerging in the wear scars were analyzed. Problems associated with the measurement of wear scar and subsequent calculations of the wear rate were mainly discussed. The results will direct the system analysis of micro-wear characteristics and the proper selection and application of soft materials under the wear conditions.
