摘要
本文把顾客价值分为好、中、差三种状态,将通过了预测试的顾客价值量表指标作为输入结点,构建了基于BP神经网络的顾客价值识别模型。并针对食品(饮料)业的34家上市公司的主要产品设计调查问卷并取得数据,将数据输入顾客价值BP神经网络识别模型进行仿真实验,结果表明该模型适合对企业的顾客价值进行识别。
This paper classifies customer value as "good", "medium" and "bad", uses customer value index that has passed pre - testing as the input node, constructs customer value recognition model based on BP neural network. The article designs questionnaires according to 34 listed companies' main products in food (beverage) industry and put the data into the model to do simulation experiment. The results show that the model is effective in recognition and is suitable for customer value recognition for corporate.
