摘要
针对影响舰炮自动机性能因素繁多、关系复杂的问题,以及指标的选择与评价标准具有一定的模糊性的特点,采用一种模糊物元模型对舰炮自动机性能进行评价研究。提出了衡量舰炮自动机性能的5个示性指标,通过建立关联度复合模糊物元来形成判断矩阵;采用变异系数法确定各评价指标的权重系数;通过计算待评舰炮自动机的关联度大小,进行优劣排序,来评价舰炮舰炮自动机的性能。算例表明,在选定指标的基础上,用基于变异系数法的模糊物元模型来评价舰炮自动机性能是合理的,结果可信。研究结果可为舰炮自动机的设计研制和部分参数优化提供理论参考。
Aimed at the problem that factors of naval gun automatic performance is so many and complicated that it is difficult to assess, and according to the fuzziness in the choice of indexes and criterion, taking comprehensive performance evaluation for naval gun automatic by means of a method based on fuzzy matter-element. Five indexes of naval gun quality automatic performance evaluation were set up, then the by building the multiple fuzzy matter-element of relational grade. The model uses variation coefficient method to represent the weight of evaluation indexes, the performance evaluation of naval gun automatic can be done by the relational degree. The example indicates that fuzzy matter-element evaluation model of naval gun automatic performance based on variation coefficient method is reasonable and creditable. The conclusion can provide a theoretical reference for design, development and paaameter optimization of a new naval gun automatic.
