摘要
对已有低压电网规划模型进行研究改进,建立了考虑无功补偿的电网规划数学模型,并对常用一次电气设备进行归类分析,完成了设备数据库的设计。使用VC++6.0开发了农村低压电网规划设计应用软件,该软件主要由规划计算模块和设备选型功能模块组成,软件系统结构完整、功能模块独立、数据维护方便。通过软件计算不仅解决了低压台区的配变及线路容量、截面及选址问题,而且借助计算机辅助规划设计实现了电气设备选型的自动化,减轻了规划专责人员的工作量,具有一定实用价值。实际应用结果表明:采用该软件得出的优化规划方案和设备选型结果较原始经验方案在经济和技术上更优,其中设备选型综合考虑了选型的具体要求,选型结果包含配置设备的名称、规格和数量等,基本实现了设备选型的自动化。
Based on the research of the original model, a charging model of low-voltage network planning, which includes reactive power compensation, was built. In addition, the common used electrical equipments were classified and analyzed, and a database of equipment was presented. Then, an application system of planning and designing for low-voltage network in rural area was developed. It consists of an optimal design module and an electrical equipments selection module. The system structure is integrated~ the function modules are self-contained; and the data maintenance is convenient. By using this software, we can not only resolve the problems of the capacity and sites selection of the transformer, calculate the section size of conduct lines in the low-voltage network, but also achieve the automation of equipments selection with the help from computer-aided plan and design. It reduces the workload of planning and designing professionals and thus has a certain amount of practical value.
