采用气相色谱法,以外标法定量检测毒死蜱中微量甲苯的含量,其方法的标准偏差分别为0.13;变异系数为0.16;线性相关系数为0.9999;平均回收率为100.4%。
The trace toluene in chlorpyrifos was quantitative analyzed by gas chromatography according to the ex- ternal standard method. The standard deviation of this method was 0.13, coefficient of variation was 0.16, linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9999, the average recovery rate was 100.4%.
