摘要
目的考核护士长,优胜劣汰,达到提高医院的护理管理水平。方法对已任的护士长定期量化考核,包括护理管理、护理质量、护理安全、患者有无发生护理并发症、患者满意度、教学与科研等方面,对考核分数低于80分者实行淘汰,对落聘岗位或新增岗位实行竞聘上岗。结果2次考核各落选护士长2人,现聘29人均顺利竞聘;竞聘前后护理质量中主要护理指标合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施护士长定期量化考核及竞聘,护士长有危机感,增强了护士长的事业心和责任感;护理质量和患者满意率均显著提高,科研教学质量也有新的突破。
Objective To evaluate the performance of head nurses, and to improve the quality of nursing management. Methods A quantitative assessment was implemented in respect of nursing management, nursing quality, nursing security, complications of patients, patient satisfaction, teaching and scientific research etc, and head nurses who scored less than 80 were not qualified. Results In 2 rounds assessment, 2 head nurses failed in each, 29 were qualified. There were significant differences in some major indicators of nursing quality before and after the competition(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Quantitative assessment can arouse head nurses' sense of crisis, improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
