塞克硝唑局部用药治疗牙周炎的临床研究

Clinical trial of secnidazole in treatment of peridontitis

目的研究塞克硝唑局部用药治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法将60例慢性牙周炎患者共120颗患牙经过全口洁治后作为样本。患者一侧患牙局部应用塞克硝唑为实验组、对侧同名患牙局部应用甲硝唑为对照组。分别在第4周末、第8周末观察并记录患者两侧牙的龈沟出血指数(sulcular bleeding index,SBI)和牙周袋探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、牙周袋内细菌培养菌落计数。结果实验组与对照组用药后临床症状匀有好转。第4周末两组间PD间存在差异(P<0.05)、第8周末两组间PD差异显著(P<0.01),SBI、细菌培养菌落计数间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论塞克硝唑片是治疗慢性牙周炎的一种有效药物,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effects of secnidazole in the treatment of peridontitis. Methods Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis with a total of 120 teeth were included in the trial. After scaling, one side teeth of each patient were experimental group treated with local secnidazole delivery, and the other side teeth were the control group treated with metronidazole. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks, sulcular bleeding index（SBI） , probing depth （PD） and counting colony of germiculture were noted. Results After treatment, both groups showed significant improvement . After 4 weeks, PD showed differences in both groups. After 8 weeks, PD, the same as SBI and counting colony of germicuhure showed significant differences in both groups. Conclusions Local drug delivery of secnidazole can treat chronic periodontitis effectively.
