摘要
对以氧化铝、氧化钙、碳酸钙为主要原料配制的包埋料进行了初步研究,并就不同温度、不同配比对硬化时间、烧结强度、收缩率及水溃性能的影响进行分析和探讨。结果表明,随氧化铝含量的增加,试样的强度和收缩率增大;随烧结温度的提高,试样的收缩率和水溶时间增大。
The method that confecting embedding material mostly by alumina oxide, calcium oxide and calcium carbonate was studied in this paper, and the effect of different temperatures, different proportions on the scleroses time, sinter intensity, compression ratio, water-solubility were also discussed. The results show that the sinter intensity and the compression ratio of the sample increases directly with the alumina oxide content; the compression ratio and the water-solubility time of the sample also increases directly with the sinter temperature.
