摘要
铬的质量分数为12%的超(超)临界材料,主要用于是超临界(超超临界)机组用内缸、平衡环、阀体、阀盖、隔板套等关键铸件。通过四种超(超)临界材料的热处理工艺与力学性能的试验研究,分析总结了影响热处理质量的因素,优化了热处理工艺参数,提高了产品的合格率,满足了单件小批量的生产的需要。
Supercritical materials, containing 12 wt% chromium, are used mainly for the (ultra) supercritical inner casting, gimbals, valve body, valve cap, separated sleeve and other key castings. The factors, which influence the heat-treatment quality, optimize the heat-treatment process, improve the percent of pass, are analyzed and summarized in order to satisfy the production of small amount. Through four tests and researches on heat-treatment technology, the mechanical property of the (ultra) supercritical materials can be optimized.
