摘要
研究和开发了一种可以测量钢水在铜辊表面凝固过程中瞬态界面传热的模拟装置及相应的界面热流计算方法。结果显示,钢水和铜基体接触的瞬间,热流达到最大值9Mw/m^2左右,随后很快降低至4Mw/m^2,然后维持在2~5Mw/m^2之间。对比前人的研究结果,该模拟装置可以有效地用于研究薄带连铸中的界面传热现象。
A simulator used to determine the transient interracial heat transfer between liquid steel and the surface of the copper roll in strip casting was developed, together with a method for interracial heat flux calculation. The result shows that the heat flux attains a peak at 9 MW/m^2 , decreases rapidly to 4 MW/m^2, and then maintains in the range from 2 MW/m^2 to 5 MW/m^2. Compared with the previous investigation, this simulator can be effectively used to study and analyze the heat transfer phenomenon in strip casting.
