管端收口机液压系统设计及插装阀应用

摘要 管端收口机为特殊扣油套管生产线上的重要组成部分,将钢管端部在常温或加热后进行收口。根据收口机的生产工艺要求,经过压力、流量计算,回路设计和元件选型,设计了一套包括恒功率泵、插装阀在内的液压系统。设备投入使用后,符合生产节奏和负荷检验的要求。简述了管端收口机液压系统的设计与调试过程,并总结了设计中二通插装阀的使用经验。 The tube necking-in machine is an important part for the production of tubes with premium thread connections. Its function is to shrink the tube ends at normal temperature or after being heated. According to the production requirements, a set of hydraulic system, including constant power pumps and cartridge valves, was designed, based on the calculation of pressure and flow, the circuit design and component selection. After the equipment was put into use, the system proved to conform to the production rbythm and the load inspection. The design and commissioning of the hydraulic system for tube necking-in machines are briefed and some experience in using cartridge valves is summarized.
