摘要
以毛竹屑的粒度、炭化温度及用磷酸预处理为工艺条件,选择制取除臭剂的最佳工艺,并分析除臭剂的吸附性能.结果表明:毛竹屑粒度<60目、炭化温度350℃,用50%磷酸进行预处理,除臭剂的吸附能力与工业粉状木质活性炭的吸附能力相当.
This experiment was carried out by analyzing the sample's adsorbability in relation to bamboo sawdust's granularity, carbonization temperature, phosphoric acid degree. The result revealed that, with granularity above 60 items, carbonization temperature 350 ℃, phosphoric acid 50% , the adsorbability of the final sample equaled that of the wood powder activated carbon used in the industry.
