摘要
以紫茎泽兰秆为原料,采用微波辐照氯化锌法制取活性炭,探讨了浸渍时间、微波功率、辐照时间、活化剂含量对产品活性炭吸附性能和得率的影响.通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件:微波功率800 W,辐照时间12 min,氯化锌质量分数50%.在最佳工艺条件下制备的活性炭的得率为33.8%,碘吸附值961 mg.g-1,亚甲基蓝脱色力180 mL.g-1.其性能达到国家木质净水用活性炭一级品的要求.
The activated carbon from the stem of Eupatorium adenophorum spreng was prepared with ZnCl2 by microwave radiation. The effects of soaking time, microwave power, radiation time, ZnCl2 solution concentration on the quality of activated carbon were researched. The optimal process was as follows: microwave power was 800 W, radiation time was 12 min, ZnCI2 solution concentration was 50%. The iodine adsorption value reached 961 mg · g^-1, the decolourizing capacity for methylene blue was 180 mL · g^-1 and yield reached 33.8% with the optimal process. The performance reached the national standards of first-class products of ligneous activated carbon for water purification.
