摘要
目的:分析不孕症在子宫输卵管造影(HSG)中的影像学表现及其鉴别诊断。方法:对我院2008年900例有详细临床资料的HSG进行分析。结果:诊断子宫先天性畸形66例、后天病变71例,输卵管非特异性炎症682例,输卵管结核16例,盆腔粘连153例。结论:HSG简便、快捷,准确率高,是不孕症诊断的重要方法,为临床提供了客观的诊疗依据。
Objective：Infertility is analyzed in the imaging features of HSG and differential diagnosis. Methods ：900 cases having detailed clinical data of the HSG is studied in our hospital in 2008. Results：The cases include 66 congenital uterine malformations, 71 acquired lesions ,682 non -specific salpingitis, 16 tuberculosis of fallopian tube and153 pelvic adhesions. Conclusion：HSG is an simple, fast, high accuracy method for diagnosis of infertility, and it provides an objective clinical gist for diagnosis and treatment.
