摘要
文章针对贵州省地勘局地勘经济的发展状况及所处的内、外环境,对其战略性结构调整值得思考的问题进行了探讨。文章认为,全局战略性结构调整,要以市场为取向,确定定位问题;以局为单元,整体进行换体转机;要打破所有制界限,实现多种经济成份并存,寻求能够促进生产力极大发展的公有经济实现形式。文章认为,地勘单位实施战略性结构调整,困难多、负担重,需要国家。
Abstract: The article probe into condition and internal and external circumstance of geological prospecting economic development in Gui Zhou provincial bureau of geology and mineral resources, and then research problems that should be thought in strategic structure adjustment. The article considers that strategic structure adjustment in the whole bureau should take market as target, definite orrentional problem; take bureau as unit, tranfer system and mechanism in the whole bureau; break up ownership limits and realize multiple sectors of the economy existing side by side and seek the economic form of public ownership that can promote maximum development of productive forces. It also points out that carrying out strategic structure adjustment in geological prospecting units need many-sided policy support of country and responsible department and local government because of move difficulty and more burden ects.
