关节镜下有限化清理结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎45例分析

摘要 目的:探讨关节镜下有限清理术结合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:45例(71膝)膝骨性关节炎患者均采用关节镜有限清理术结合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗。结果:45例均获随访,时间13~24个月。优28膝,良32膝,可8膝,差3膝,优良率84.5%。结论:膝骨性关节炎关节镜下有限清理结合应用玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗效果明显。
