摘要
为全面了解上海市级医院门诊预约服务的现状,我们对23家市级医院医务工作者和4家医院的门诊患者进行了问卷调查和座谈。调查发现,市级医院普遍开展了门诊预约服务,但整体预约率仍比较低,为3.37%。在推进门诊预约的过程中,目前还存在医院积极性不高、患者选择余地较小、预约患者迟到和失约等问题。为了更好的满足广大患者的需求,应该在扩大宣传、增加预约科室和类别、开展预约提醒等配套服务、提供更加便捷的预约方式等几个方面不断优化。
In order to optimize the outpatient pre-registration in Shanghai municipal hospitals, the staffs of 23 municipal hospitals and the outpatients from 4 municipal hospitals were investigated by using questionnaire and interview. The results showed that all the municipal hospitals had generally carried out the outpatient pre-registration service. Interfered by the traditional medical-seekingpattern, the reservation rate was only 3.37% in all outpatients. To improve the pre-registration service system, some suggestions, such as launching more propaganda, enlarging the pre-registration fields, providing reservation reminding service, increasing more convenient registration methods, should be considered.
