摘要
针对现阶段电子材料用球形钨粉性能要求高、经济效益好的市场情况,采取了钨粉氧化还原法的工艺流程研制球形钨粉。通过两种不同的工艺制取了两种不同粒度的球形钨粉。球形钨粉的性能达到现阶段特殊电子产品的应用要求,生产成本较低。
In spit of its favorable economic benefits, spherical tungsten powder used in the production of electronic materials demands high properties A process of oxidation-reduction was adopted to prepare spherical tungsten powder. Two kinds of spherical tungsten powder with different particle sizes were obtained by two distinctive techniques. The properties of both spherical tungsten powder products meet the application requirements of specialized electronic commodities at current stage at low costs.
